Refund Policy

At Shalberg, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery — no complicated procedures, no unnecessary delays.

This policy applies to all products purchased directly through shalberg.in. Products purchased through third-party platforms (if applicable) are subject to those platforms' return policies.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The return request is raised within 30 days of the delivery date
• The product is in its original packaging (or packaging is intact where possible)
• The product is unused or has been minimally used (opened to try)
• You have proof of purchase — order number or confirmation message
• The product has not been deliberately damaged or tampered with

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products returned after the 30-day return window has elapsed
• Products that show clear evidence of misuse, deliberate damage, or tampering
• Free samples or promotional gifted items
• Products purchased during a final-sale or non-returnable promotional event (will be clearly marked at time of purchase)

Initiating a return with Shalberg is simple. Follow these steps:

Once your returned product is received and verified by our team:

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
• UPI and wallet refunds are typically processed faster (1–3 business days)
• Credit/debit card refunds may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank
• You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once the refund is initiated
• If you paid via COD, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI — our team will collect your bank details via WhatsApp

We currently offer product exchanges in the following scenarios:

• You received a wrong product — we will arrange a free exchange immediately
• Your product arrived damaged — we will replace it at no additional cost
• You wish to exchange for a different product of equal or higher value — contact us and we'll guide you through the process

Exchange requests must be raised within 30 days of delivery. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to begin.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we take full responsibility and will resolve the issue promptly:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer
• No need to return the damaged item in most cases — we'll take your word for it

• Damaged / Wrong Item: We bear all return shipping costs — free pickup will be arranged
• Change of Mind / Personal Preference: Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer depending on the situation — our team will inform you at the time of return request
• Quality Concern: We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis and often cover return shipping at our discretion

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
