Shipping Policy

Shalberg ships all orders directly from our CGMP-certified manufacturing facility through trusted logistics partners. We are committed to delivering your orders promptly, securely, and in perfect condition to every corner of India.

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on shalberg.in. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms described below.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day
• You will receive an order confirmation via email/WhatsApp immediately after payment
• A dispatch confirmation with tracking details will be sent within 1–2 business days
• During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing may take up to 3 business days

Exact shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you complete your order.

All timelines are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch — not order placement. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email
• Use the tracking number on our courier partner's website to monitor real-time delivery status
• WhatsApp us your order number at any time for an instant status update from our team
• If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us immediately

We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India through our trusted courier network.

• Coverage includes all 28 states and 8 Union Territories of India
• Some remote, restricted, or newly added PIN codes may not be serviceable — you will be notified at checkout
• We currently do not offer international shipping
• If your PIN code is not serviceable, WhatsApp us — we may be able to arrange an alternative delivery method

A delivery may fail due to the following reasons:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
• Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts by the courier
• Delivery refused at the address
• Access issues to gated communities or restricted areas

In case of a failed delivery:

• The courier will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts before returning the package
• If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery — re-shipping charges will apply
• If a returned order is not re-dispatched within 7 days, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, the following circumstances may cause delays beyond our control:

• Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or acts of God
• Public strikes or lockdowns affecting logistics infrastructure
• High-volume periods such as festive seasons (Diwali, New Year, etc.)
• Courier partner delays or operational disruptions
• Government-imposed restrictions or regulatory delays

Shalberg will not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances. However, we will keep you informed and work with our courier partner to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

• COD is available at our discretion for select PIN codes across India
• Availability will be shown at the checkout page based on your PIN code
• A COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout
• Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery
• COD returns follow the same 30-day return policy — refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer or UPI
